Refund policy

We want you to be confident in every purchase from Durāre. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all tags attached

Once your return is approved and received, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, you can request an exchange within 30 days. Exchanges are processed as soon as the original item is returned.

Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Items with stains, odors, or damage

  • Final‑sale items (if marked)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • The reason for the return
